Almost 20 years since the release of the work, it reaches its 7th edition. The author deepened the theses that he has been defending over time, with analysis of the most expressive doctrine and jurisprudence. In addition, the procedural aspects were discussed in the Civil Procedure Code of 2015, as well as the reforms that followed Law 13.256 / 2016
In this new edition, a section dedicated to general theory and the principles that inform executive jurisdictional protection was inserted, a topic that previously was in the work Civil Execution, also by this author.
This work consists of a practical guide for quick consultation, which serves as a guide for those who make use of the new procedural law in their daily lives. Throughout the text, possible practical solutions are presented for what must be the immediate need of those who use the civil proceeding: how to choose the petition to be filed and how to operate the corresponding rite, what precautions should be observed when making petitions and judicial decisions, what is the appropriate remedy and its requirements, what executive measure can be applied, etc. In order to achieve this goal, throughout the work is systematically presented the procedure that have to be observed, in accordance with the new Civil Procedure Code.
